Wear the Story. Support a Woman. Protect a Landscape.
It started with a simple but powerful idea: what if beadwork could do more than tell a story? What if it could change one? At SORALO, we work alongside different organised groups of women and one of them is the Olkiramatian Reto Women Group; a 210-strong, from five locations in the Magadi landscape, one of Kenya’s most important conservation areas. These women are custodians of culture, land, and community. And now, they are building something bigger.

- Our Impact -
This is women-led. Community-driven. Purpose-powered.
This initiative connects Maasai women directly to global markets ensuring their beadwork can be sold year-round, at the quality and value it deserves. Each piece is handcrafted, rich with meaning every colour, pattern, and texture telling a story of identity, heritage, and connection to nature.
But these are not just beads. They are school fees for girls at risk of dropping out. They are training, skills, and business growth for women. They are a bridge between conservation and livelihoods.
An unforgettable wearing experience! From the moment we bought our beads the handcrafted items were high quality and good looking.
The attention to detail is unmatched and the items fit perfectly.
